My daughter finally sent me some more pictures of the new baby. This is Maddie with Gibby, my youngest grandson. He calls her his buddy and is very very protective of her. As you can see he is one happy big brother.
New Project......
The next tin in this years series has been released and arrived here yesterday. I had cleaned up my stitching area a little since I knew this was on it's way and of course had to start it as soon as I got the box opened. Got it all kitted up and started stitching on it but not enough progress for a picture yet. The design is stitched on 28 count Platinum Cashel Linen (I just love Cashel) with DMC and a few beads here and there. The Pin Cushion is a new type of finish for me and I'm really looking forward to trying it.
Finishes.....
Stitched on 28 count Lt Mocha Cashel with DMC 4210 and GAST
This is the second project for the May seasonal shelf. As you may have guessed the theme for May is Birdhouses. I have a needleroll I stitched last year with birdhouses that will go on the shelf along with some other cute things I've been working on. No more info about that now, want it to be a surprise.
"I Love to Stitch" and "All Dressed Up"
On our last visit to Michael's I found the Bear cupcake holders and just couldn't wait to do these two designs. Not sure what I'm going to do with these but they will probably be going to someone as gifts or RAK's. Since they are so quick to stitch and make such a cute finish I know there will be lots more to come. Sorry about the quality of the picture but my camera just doesn't take good pictures of the little stitchy things.
That's it so far this week. I will be stitching on the Just Nan project until it's done since I have 2 of these sets to make.
Until Next Time....Happy Stitching

Where to start?
The photo of your grandbabies is just precious. Now to remind your grandson about this protective feeling when he is about 12 with a six year old little sister tagging after him. :)
Love the little birdhouse finish. Gorgeous colors.
I can't wait to see your stitching on the Just Nan tin. Those are too cute.
Rene she is a beautiful baby!!! I love your cupcake finishes!! Hugs

Oh, I just LOVE Grow... That's going to be gorgeous when you're done. Congrats on your finishes. Those bears are cute. Oh, and your grandkids... Adorable!
Just Nan designs are always so great. Can't wait to see the progress.
The picture of your grandkids is so cute! I love that he calls her his "buddy" that is awesome. ;)
And... your bears are so unique. Great little project! (as always you are such a busy lady!)
The grand babies are getting bigger and your stitching is great. Think "grow" will be alot of fun.
Can't believe I will be sharing pictures shortly...he looks so happy to be a big brother, instead of the baby brother!!! Tin is gorgeous and the May shelf will look super I'm sure! Cute cupcakes too.
That grandson is a cutie and the baby is precious. Hope he feels as protective with her when he is 9 and she is 3 stealing his toys....LOL! I can't wait to see your tin completed. The birdhouse is cute but I love those cupcake things. I had seen them but wasn't sure about making any. How hard are they to finish? I may have to give it a try.
Smoking needles as usual!
Hugs!
What adorable grandchildren you have Rene. Of course, your finishes are wonderful. The bears would make cute diaper pin holders in a babies room. I love Grow and can't wait to see it finished.
Your grandchildren are ADORABLE. The bears are cute, so is your little finish.
What an adorable picture! So cute. Love the birdhouse; can't wait to see GROW stitched, too! But I just love, love your cupcake bears!
Maddie is sure growing. Can't wait to see the May shelf it already sounds interesting. The little cupcake bears are really cute.
